About Dig-E-Events

What is Dig-E-Events?

Dig-E-Events is an event and class platform from Dig-E-Minds. Organizers publish events, workshops and recurring classes, take registrations and payments, check people in by QR code and issue certificates. Participants discover what’s on, register and keep their passes and packages in one place.

Who is it for?

Organizers who run workshops, conferences, meetups and seminars, and those who teach recurring classes such as yoga, dance, music, tuition, coaching and language classes. It is also for the participants who attend them.

What can organizers do?

Create an event or class page, sell tickets or session packages, approve registrations, check people in with QR codes, issue certificates, send updates and see attendance and revenue. A public organizer profile lists everything they run.

What can participants do?

Browse events and classes, register without creating an account for one-time events, buy a package and book individual class sessions, join online sessions, and open their passes, bookings and certificates from a secure link sent to their email.

How do classes differ from events?

An event is a single occasion with tickets. A class is a recurring schedule of sessions: participants buy a package of sessions and book the dates that suit them, and each session keeps its own attendance.

How do payments work?

Participants pay the organizer directly, using the organizer’s own Razorpay or Cashfree account or UPI, depending on what the organizer has set up. Free events and classes need no payment. Prices are in Indian rupees.

How do attendance and certificates work?

Each confirmed participant gets a pass with a QR code that the organizer scans to check them in. Certificates can be issued to eligible participants, and anyone can verify a certificate from its public verification link.

Does it work with Google Meet and Zoom?

Yes, on every plan. An organizer connects their own Google or Zoom account, and Dig-E-Events creates the meeting and shows registered participants a Join meeting button. Organizers can also paste their own joining link.

How much does it cost?

There is a Free plan, plus paid plans with higher limits. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
