Cookie Policy

We use only essential cookies: a sign-in cookie for organizers and platform staff, and a sign-in cookie for attendees who choose "Find my registrations". They are strictly necessary for security and sign-in, expire automatically, and are not used for advertising.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Page-view and campaign-source (UTM) counts are recorded on our servers without cookies. If we add optional analytics in future we will ask for your consent first.

Third-party content: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and payment pages load the checkout of the gateway the organizer enabled; those providers may process technical data such as your IP address under their own policies.
