Open Notifications in your workspace and turn each alert on or off.

You can also set a separate email address for alerts and for replies from attendees.

Emails your participants receive

People get confirmations, payment updates, reminders and certificate emails automatically.

These come from events@digeminds.com, which is not monitored. Set a reply-to address so replies reach you.
