Online Event Access

Joining links for online sessions are provided by the organizer. A joining link is shown on your registration page and in reminder emails only after your registration is approved and any payment is complete, and only while the organizer has made the link active.

If the organizer changes the link, the previous link stops being shown and you are emailed the update. Do not share your joining link: it is meant for registered attendees.

Meetings run on the organizer's chosen service (for example Google Meet or Zoom); that service's own terms apply while you are in the meeting. Questions about a session: contact its organizer first.
