Payment Disclaimer

Who receives your payment: you pay the organizer of the event. Payment is made either by UPI directly to the organizer (the organizer verifies it) or through the organizer's own payment gateway account (for example Razorpay or Cashfree). Dig-E-Minds does not collect, hold or settle event payments.

Fees: Dig-E-Minds charges no commission on event payments made this way (0%). The price shown at checkout is the amount you pay; Dig-E-Events adds no platform fee to it. Any charges of the payment gateway are set by the gateway and the organizer's agreement with it.

Confirmation: a screenshot is not proof of payment. A seat is confirmed only after the organizer verifies a UPI payment or the gateway confirms the payment to our server.
