Organizer Responsibility

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event information, for delivering the event as described, for their pricing, taxes and invoices, for honouring their stated refund policy, for attendee safety at physical venues, and for responding to attendee questions.

Organizers must handle attendee data lawfully, use it only for the event, and must not contact attendees for unrelated marketing without consent. Organizers must verify manual payments against their own bank or UPI records before approving them.
